What we collect when you send an enquiry

The contact form is for licensed operators and industry partners. When you send it we store:

  • your name, work email and company;
  • the areas of interest and target markets you tick;
  • your message;
  • the page you sent it from (for example, a game or integration topic);
  • the date and time; and
  • a one-way hash of your IP address, used to limit repeated submissions and spot duplicates. It is not your raw IP address, but it could be matched to a known address.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

We use these details to respond to and manage your business enquiry, and to keep the form secure against abuse and duplicate submissions.

Our lawful basis is legitimate interests (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f)): our interest in answering business enquiries from operators and partners, following them up and protecting the form from misuse. We do not add you to marketing lists and there is no automatic newsletter sign-up.

Who can see it

  • Authorised 4C Games staff who handle sales enquiries.
  • Our website hosting provider (Lovable, whose platform runs on Cloudflare’s network) and our database and staff sign-in provider (Lovable Cloud), which store and process data on our behalf.

We do not sell your data. We do not currently send automatic emails when you submit the form.

Game demos

If you click “Try demo”, your browser asks our separate game demo service for a short-lived demo link and then loads the game from arena.4c.games, slots.4c.games or predictionhub.4c.games. Like any website request, those services receive your IP address and standard browser information. Demos use no real money.

This website does not store the demo link or any gameplay data. Data handled inside the demo games is managed by those services, not by this website.

Cookies and analytics

Our public pages set no cookies and use no analytics or tracking tools.

Staff who sign in to our content console have a sign-in session stored in their browser. This is strictly necessary for the console and does not apply to visitors.

International processing

Our hosting and database providers operate internationally, so your data may be processed outside the UK. Contact us if you want more information.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a business relationship are kept for 12 months after our last contact with you. We then review them and delete or anonymise them. This is a staff review, not an automatic deletion.

We keep data longer only where we have an active contract with your organisation, or where we must keep it to meet a legal obligation or to establish or defend a legal claim.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to your data, to correct it, to delete it or to restrict how we use it. You have the right to object at any time to our use of your data based on legitimate interests. Email compliance@4c.games.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office: ico.org.uk ↗.

Changes

We will update this notice if our practices change. The version and date below show when it last changed.
